- The "General Admission" ticket grants access to both the 1st-floor standing area and the 4th-floor unreserved seating area. Please note that the unreserved seating area may fill up.
- The "Reserved Seating" ticket grants access to designated seats on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Please note that this ticket does not provide access to the 1st-floor standing area or the 4th-floor unreserved seating area.

About Tickets
- Preschool children (under the age of 6) are not permitted to enter. A ticket is required for those aged 6 and older.

- Tickets cannot be shared among multiple people. Please ensure that each person purchases their own ticket.
- Tickets are valid only for the performance date and venue specified on the ticket.
- Tickets cannot be changed or cancelled after purchase.
- Tickets will not be reissued for any reason, including damage, loss, or failure to bring the ticket on the day of the performance.
- The transfer or resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken if such activity is discovered. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee admission to customers who purchase tickets through channels other than authorized sales outlets (such as Viagogo, Ticket Ryutsu Center, StubHub, or Ticketjam).
Transactions on such sites or between private individuals carry the risk of involvement in fraud or other disputes.
Please be aware that such activities may become the subject of police investigations, and in some cases, both the seller and the buyer could face penalties. - Please note that no refunds will be issued due to changes in the cast or cancellations. Furthermore, refunds will not be provided for any reason--including illness (such as COVID-19 or influenza), injury, or personal circumstances--unless the performance itself is postponed or cancelled.
- In the unlikely event of a refund, only the ticket price will be refunded; sales processing fees, including ticket service charges, are excluded. We kindly ask for your understanding and acceptance of these terms prior to purchase.
- Please note that we cannot issue refunds for tickets due to transportation suspensions, delays, or other traffic-related circumstances.
- If unauthorized entry is discovered, you will be required to leave the premises, regardless of the reason.
Furthermore, you will be handed over to the police, and a claim for damages will be filed against you. - If you require access to the accessible area, please purchase a standing ticket, and we will guide you there.

Prohibited Items
- Bringing in video cameras, professional-grade filming equipment, telephoto lenses, audio recording equipment, or action cameras is prohibited.
- Activities such as live streaming are also prohibited.
- Bringing the following items into the venue is strictly prohibited: selfie sticks, chairs, mats, glass bottles, cans, fireworks or other explosives, other hazardous materials, items prohibited by law, and animals (excluding assistance dogs).
Please note that the police will be notified immediately if any items prohibited by law are discovered. - You may bring in plastic bottles only; however, please strictly refrain from dangerous actions such as throwing them onto the stage. Additionally, please use the designated areas for eating and drinking within the venue.
- Please note that bringing in any other items deemed dangerous by the staff is prohibited.
Prohibited acts inside and outside the venue
- Individuals who engage in behavior that disturbs other guests, fail to follow staff instructions, or appear heavily intoxicated will be forcibly removed from the venue, both inside and out. Please note that no ticket refunds will be issued in such cases.
Furthermore, should any accidents or injuries occur, the parties involved are responsible for resolving the matter between themselves.
Please be aware that the organizers will not intervene in or facilitate the resolution of disputes between guests. - Dangerous activities such as stage diving and moshing are strictly prohibited. The organizers, venue, and artists accept no liability for any accidents, incidents, or injuries resulting from such activities.
- Entry to the festival grounds is strictly prohibited for members or associates of organized crime groups or other anti-social organizations, individuals who are heavily intoxicated, and anyone whose presence is deemed unsuitable for the festival's atmosphere.
- Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns for any official merchandise, artist goods, or other items sold at the venue, except in the case of defective products.
- Please strictly refrain from illegal parking and any behavior that causes a nuisance to local residents.
- Drinking alcohol is prohibited by law for minors and those who drive. Furthermore, drunk driving is a violation of the law that applies to passengers as well. Please strictly refrain from doing so.
- Please be sure to sort your trash before disposing of it in the trash bin.
- Please be sure to use the designated smoking area when smoking (including e-cigarettes).
- The use of lighters or matches outside of designated smoking areas is strictly prohibited.
- Please strictly refrain from actions such as damaging the native plants in the area surrounding the venue.
- Please strictly refrain from sleeping outdoors or camping in the vicinity of the venue.
Others
- Please look after your own belongings.
- Each event will take place for long hours.
Please take care of your own health. - Tickets will not be refunded unless the festival is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters or other unavoidable reasons.
- Please note that the precautions are subject to change without prior notice.
- We will comply with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" and related laws and regulations when handling the personal information of customers who apply for tickets.
All customer information received at the time of ticket application will belong to the organizer. - Cameras will be in the festival venue to record video and take photographs, and the appearance of visitors to the festival may be reflected in the media and product images. Please be aware that the recorded images and photos may be used for merchandising and promotional purposes.
- The organizers and the venue assume no responsibility for accidents, theft, or disputes between attendees, whether inside or outside the venue.
